15-year-old Akizuki Yamato goes to Tokyo alone to attend high school, hoping he could change himself. He boards at his aunt’s apartment, which turns out to be a women-only apartment and public bath.

On the day of his arrival, his eyes were caught by a beautiful girl. Much to his surprise, he discovers that she lives in the room next to his. Unfortunately, the feeling is not mutual.
